Birchwood commissioned Wolstenholme to update their range but the move came too late to revive the company's fortunes.
The critically acclaimed Falcon 34 was re-launched as the Birchwood 350 at the 2004 Southampton Boat Show, and the all new 290 debuted at the 2005 London boat Show.
